Data processed

When you add a character, the service processes its hashed character identifier and the character information available through documented IdleMMO API endpoints, including profile, skills, location, effects and pets. The service does not request your IdleMMO password or expose its server API key to the browser.

Basic technical information such as IP address, request time and errors may be present in server or reverse-proxy logs for security and troubleshooting.

Browser storage

Functional preferences, tracked character identifiers, a minimal character summary, boss subscriptions and notification settings are stored in your browser using local storage. No advertising or profiling cookies are used by the application itself. You can remove this data through the tool or by clearing site data in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used to provide the requested market calculations, character-aware features, pet information and boss alerts; to prevent abuse; and to maintain service reliability. Processing is based on providing the requested service and on the operator's legitimate interest in securing and maintaining it.

Retention

Characters accessed within the last 30 days are eligible for scheduled updates. After that, cached character data is retained without scheduled refresh for up to 180 days from the last access. Returning during that period reactivates updates. After 180 days, server-side character, effect and pet records are deleted and an explicit reconnect is required. Browser data remains until you remove the character or clear the site's local storage.

Shared market history and catalog data are not tied to a particular visitor and may be retained to provide long-term trends. Security logs may be retained according to the hosting operator's operational policy.

External services

The server communicates with IdleMMO's documented API, and pages may load game images from the IdleMMO CDN. Hosting, reverse-proxy or network protection providers used by the operator may process connection metadata. If desktop notifications are enabled, permission and delivery are managed by your browser and operating system.

Your choices and rights

You can remove tracked characters from your browser at any time. For questions, access or deletion requests concerning server-side personal data, contact the operator using the details above. Applicable data-protection rights depend on your jurisdiction and can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.

IdleMMO ExUs Tools is an independent community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by IdleMMO. Game names, images and other game assets belong to their respective owners.

Informational estimates

Profit, demand, timing, combat and market values are estimates based on cached data, documented APIs and local formulas. They may be incomplete, delayed or differ from the game. You remain responsible for decisions made using these estimates.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse submission, reconnect or notification features; bypass rate limits or security controls; automate excessive requests; interfere with availability; or use this service in violation of IdleMMO's rules or applicable law.

Availability

The service may change, pause or stop without notice. Upstream API availability, rate limits and browser restrictions can delay updates or notifications. Alerts are a convenience and are not guaranteed to arrive.

Liability

The service is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for game losses, missed events, decisions based on estimates or interruptions outside the operator's reasonable control.

Changes

These terms and the privacy information may be updated when the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
